Tenant Protection

Protect Your Storage Against the Unexpected

We recommend Tenant Protection over relying solely on a homeowner’s insurance policy for your stored belongings.

✓

Your stored items may not be covered by your homeowner’s insurance policy.

✓

Your homeowner’s insurance premiums could increase if you file a claim.

✓

Your homeowner’s policy could be canceled after filing a claim.

✓

Avoid the $200 Deductible

Be sure to use a disc lock or cylinder lock to avoid the $200 deductible.
